In these General Conditions of Sale, the words below will have the following meaning:

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are valid from 20 November 2020. They replace any other form of general terms and conditions of sale previously in force relating to the sale of commercial offers.

In the event that the customer is not the beneficiary of the offer, the latter will be automatically kept informed of this purchase via different delivery methods made available to the customer.
